The contact owns a 2025 Aluminum Trailer RV. The contact stated that the RV was taken to the dealer to be repaired under warranty. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V535000 (Equipment); however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The dealer was contacted and asked to complete the recall repair while the vehicle was already at the dealer for other services. The dealer contacted the manufacturer and was advised that the vehicle owner needed to personally contact the radio manufacturer to obtain the part for the recall repair. The contact stated that the manufacturer failed to send the instructions and the part for the recall repair with the recall notification. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but failed to assist. The contact was referred to the radio manufacturer for assistance. The contact had not experienced a failure.
