SOLAR PANEL WHICH DETACHED WAS FACTORY INSTALLED, YET NOT SECURELY ATTACHED BY MANUFACTURER. WHEN INCIDENT REPORTED TO DEALER, DEALER STATED IT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE TO OTHER CUSTOMER(S).
