We narrowly avoided what could have been serious injuries or death. Entering our garage the vehicle would not stop even with the front brakes locked and the foot off the accelerator. It continued forward even with front wheels locked trying to brake. Only by turning off the ignition did the vehicle stop. (The Electric Brake engaged). Vehicle impacted the end of the garage. We can only surmise there is a problem with the CONTROLLER . Fortunately there were no injuries nor physical damage. Turning on the ignition of the vehicle the screen showed a code 57 but the vehicle is inoperable. If this had occurred on the street at a STOP sign there could have been injuries or even a death. The vehicle will not operate and is scheduled to be picked up by the dealer. This has never occurred before and cannot be replicated since the vehicle will not operate. There was no warning of any type that a problem existed.
