VEHICLE LOSES STEERING CAPABILITIES AND COMES TO A STOP. THIS HAS OCCURED IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT SCENARIOS, INCLUDING HEAVY HIGH SPEED TRAFFIC, PULLING A LOADED TRAILER, MAKING IT VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE OF LOSING STOPPING CAPABILITIES.
