THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS GREATER THAN 40 MPH, THE BRAKES WOULD ENGAGE INDEPENDENTLY. THE TECHNICIANS ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE REAR BRAKE CYLINDER WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED.
