THE VEHICLE IS A CM TRAILERS DAKOTA 2 HORSE TRAILER. THE TRAILER ONLY SEES OCCASIONAL USE SO THE TIRE HAD SIGNIFICANT TREAD REMAINING AND VERY LOW HOURS OF USE. THE TRAILER WAS PARKED AT THE TIME OF DISCOVERY.
