THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND WAS TOWED TO TOYOTA OF IRVING (1999 W AIRPORT FWY, IRVING, TX 75062, 972 258-1200) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT AN UNKNOWN PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.

The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 16V352000 (Air Bags) and 15V313000 (Air Bags) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The dealer and Bay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (636 15th St, Panama City, FL 32401) were made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
