The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 - 15 MPH and pulling out of the parking lot, the rear passenger’s side window above the kitchen sink started detaching from the vehicle. While driving approximately 60 MPH, the window detached from the vehicle. The contact became aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V337000 (Visibility), and linked the failure to the recall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who confirmed that the VIN was not included in the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
