I have attached a picture of the rear end drain plug with BURNT FLUID and METAL FILINGS as the rear end had NO LUBRICATION FOR 5300 miles. See the attached image. We need your help. Thank you!!! TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 FLEETWOOD FLAIR RV. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20E071000 (EQUIPMENT) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. CAMPING WORLD OF NASHVILLE LOCATED AT 2618 MUSIC VALLEY DR, NASHVILLE, TN 37214 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS HOWEVER, THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT PERFORMED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
