Purchased 2022 Jaguar Fpace SVR, delivered in June with no spare key. Ray Catena Jaguar advise Jaguar would supply spare key soon. It is now November and still no spare key. Jaguar Corporate Customer Service, Mahwah, NJ gave a poor response "contact your Retailer Parts Department." Ray Catena did not appreciate that response because Parts Department has no information on spare key. Then sent a email to Yesenia Machuca, Jaguar Public Relations Specialist-not even courtesy of reply. This is a Safety issue "stranded requiring spare key".

Is 3 complaints a lot? They were filed between 2022 and 2025, roughly 1 a year, which is fewer than the typical model in this dataset. We do not have sales figures for this model, so treat this as a rough volume, not a rate per car on the road. Popular, high-volume models naturally collect more complaints over time.
