I have owned my 2025 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T for approximately 9 months. I have encountered a number of warranty issues that are slowly being resolved. I write to you out of concern for a leaking pinion seal (at 14,000 miles) that may lead to driveshaft and/or differential failure events including rear wheel lockup. This has been reported for the 2024 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T and a safety recall has been issued: Jayco Inc 24V-158 / Ford 24V-102 I have not been able to find any safety recalls to the 2025 model year, however I have been unable to determine any substantive differences between my 2025 unit and the 2024 units. Thus I suspect that the same issue for which the recall was issued on the 2024 model, also affects the 2025 model year. Ford tells me that driveline modifications occur after the vehicle leaves the Ford Factory. Jayco tells me that there are no driveline modifications that occur once the unit reaches the Jayco factory. So nobody seems to want to take responsibility for it. But my unit is marketed as a 'adventure capable" 4 season camper, which would be fine, but that means driving on snowy/icy mountain roads and potential exposes me to a rear wheel lockup event that could prove to be fatal in winter time conditions. I urge you to extend the recall noted above to the 2025 Model year.
