After a trip from Dallas to Los Angeles, I noticed inside tire wear on the rear tires. After close inspection, found both leaf spring support brackets had separated from the frame and rear axle was ~3" shifted to the left. If we had started to make the trip back home, the axles could've come off the trailer resulting in a terrible accident. Pictures were taken and sent to Good Sam for extended warranty and Jayco was supposed to have been informed to OK the repairs. Not sure if this was done.

Is 12 complaints a lot? They were filed between 2020 and 2022, roughly 5 a year, which is fewer than the typical model in this dataset. We do not have sales figures for this model, so treat this as a rough volume, not a rate per car on the road. Popular, high-volume models naturally collect more complaints over time.

How does it compare with other years? The 2020 has 12 complaints on file, the same as the 2019 (12). Older model years have had longer to collect complaints.
