Stopped veheicle at construction stop light diverting heavy traffic to one lane. Was first in line at the light and when light turned green I started thru the one lane( total length was probably 3/10 of a mile) with a couple of hundred yeards to go my engine stopped running and I was able to just barely reach the end of the one lane and pull over where the mile of traffic built up behind me could pass. Called wrecker and got towed to nearest Jeep dealer and was told the fuel pump had gone out. Been decades since I had a fuel pump go out in a car. Just glad I was not in heavy [XXX] traffic. That would have been dangerous. Repair invoice says that I reported "engine light came and lost oil preasure". Neither of those alerts came on. The eengine just stopped out of the blue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the ride, comfort and performance of this Wagoneer. Thought someone should know about this event. The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated that while driving under 5 MPH, the vehicle shut off and was rear-ended by a pickup truck. The vehicle was towed to an undisclosed location. The low battery reserve message was displayed afterwards on two occasions. The contact stated the failure was like the failure listed in NHTSA Action Number: PE24018 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, HYBRID PROPULSION SYSTEM, ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). The Jeep manufacturer was contacted by phone on several occasions, and the contact spoke with a representative. The local dealer associated the failure with the auxiliary battery. The contact was informed that the auxiliary battery needed to be replaced. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.

Due to braking system electronic failure vehicle automatically disables safety features such as ABS, parking collision sensors disabled, traction control, and vehicle will automatically and abruptly go into P (park) when coming to a stop while braking. This can be caused by wheel speed sensors, brake control module, or communication failure to PCM. Engine codes U0418, U0415, and U1003 linked to problem. This is a big safety hazard where vehicle damage or injury/death can occur to occupants of the vehicle. Safety features should never become disabled in a vehicle while in operation.

UNKNOWN I have had this jeep to 3 different dealerships multiple times over the 2 years I have owned it. I am getting my 3rd set of tires put on today. I have put approx 30k on it. It is eating tires. Down to the belt. The vehicle starts to vibrate at 70mph. I just had it aligned in March 2026, they said tires were fine. Vehicle started to vibrate at high speeds again and I took it in. It is so far out of alignment that the belts are showing on the front right tire. I smell burning rubber almost after every drive. This cannot be safe. What is causing is to go out of alignment constantly? I have read multiple threads where this is a known issue and something needs to be done about it, PLEASE

Car seat has been installed in Jeep Wagoneer for approximately 3 months. Was installed by a CPST. 25 lb rear-facing child; installed with lower latch anchors. When placing child in seat one day, CPST-caregiver suddenly noticed movement in the seat and confirmed more than 1 inch of movement at the belt path. Upon removal to reinstall, it was noted that the Snuglock lockoff arm was no longer locked in place. Child's safety was put at risk because there was no longer a secure install of the car seat. Car seat only inspected prior to reinstall by CPST-caregiver. Car seat available for inspection upon request. Car seat still in use.

While driving down the freeway at 70mph the sunscreen had a spontaneous sunroof explosion on the freeway. As it flew off the vehicle it damaged the top of the body with deep gouges along to of the vehicle. We had the sunscreen closed over us at the time or my infant daughter would have been seriously hurt by the explosion of glass and the driver and passenger at the time would have had glass raining from them. There was no one in front of us when this occurred and happened with no warning or any visible damage prior to the incident.

The right second row passenger seat in a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer appeared to be pushed fully rearward into its normal seating position and produced an audible/tactile click. No warning lamp or message indicated that the seat was not latched. While traveling approximately 40 to 45 mph, the driver had to brake hard. During braking, the entire right second row seat moved rapidly forward and pinned a child and the child restraint against the front passenger seat. The child struck the side of her head, was evaluated in an emergency department, and was diagnosed with a mild concussion. After the vehicle stopped, the seat was pushed rearward only to free the child. It then latched and is currently available for inspection. The seat has not been tested or operated since. The exact cause is UNKNOWN. Possible causes include incomplete latch engagement, a latch or actuator malfunction, or a failure of the seat position warning system. The vehicle has a prior documented warranty repair involving the opposite second row seat. In October 2024, that seat’s motor could be heard operating but the seat would not release. The dealer diagnosed a weak release motor and replaced two folding seat motor actuators under warranty. The current failure has not yet been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer. The vehicle and seat have not yet been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurer, or an independent repair facility. Photographs, hospital records, and the prior warranty repair record are available. A case has been opened with Stellantis.
