The engine cooling system failed while my husband and I were driving on the freeway at night: the thermostat stuck closed and cut off coolant flow to the engine, causing it to overheat and become unsafe to continue driving. This occurred at approximately 10:00 PM on XXX roughly two hours from home over a holiday weekend, with two occupants in the vehicle. The vehicle had to be towed, but it took nearly four hours to get a tow truck, leaving us stranded on the freeway at night; because we were stranded so far from home, my [XXX] father had to drive two hours to reach us at 10:00 PM and then drive us two hours home, arriving around 1:00 AM, which put an elderly driver on the road late at night and created further risk. There was first a low oil pressure code and the engine was revving without the gas being pressed. Then that code went away and the engine overheating code came on along with an occasional battery code. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram between XXX and XXX the dealership confirmed the stuck thermostat and coolant cut-off and replaced the thermostat. The vehicle is available for inspection on request. No manufacturer, police, or insurance inspection has taken place to date. Mileage at time of failure: approximately 78,000. VIN: [XXX]. Within less than 24 hours of picking the vehicle up from the thermostat repair on XXX6, it began shutting off on its own and losing engine RPM, including while being driven on the freeway and while stopped at a red light. It shut off completely on its own two times in the first 24 hours back in my possession, with no warning that the vehicle was about to lose power. Losing power on the freeway risks a sudden loss of motive power at highway speed and a high-speed collision, and shutting off at a red light risks being unable to move out of an intersection or accelerate away from a hazard, with a heightened risk of being struck. During these failures the vehicle displayed a battery warning code and, separately, a "service transmission" warning; both appeared and then cleared. These symptoms first appeared on XXX, within hours of the vehicle being returned from the prior repair. The failures have not yet been reproduced by a service center; the vehicle is scheduled to return to the place of purchase, Grogans Town Dodge Jeep Ram on XXX for diagnosis, and the same vehicle was in this dealership's service department of another dealership 2 hours from our home because thats where we were when the thermomstat issue occured on XXX for the separate cooling-system failure. The Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system falsely engages under normal driving conditions when no obstacles, vehicles, or other hazards are present. These false activations occurred at very low speeds, while stopped, while parking, and while the vehicle is in neutral. When this happens, the vehicle brakes abruptly, shifts itself into park, and shuts off entirely. This is not normal system operation and creates a significant safety concern because the vehicle has stopped abruptly and disabled itself unexpectedly on numerous occasions while moving. While my vehicle was in neutral and moving through an automatic car wash on a track, the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system malfunctioned. My vehicle shifted itself into park and shut down. This sudden engagement caused the vehicle behind me to collide with the rear of my vehicle. As a result, the driver of the following vehicle has filed a collision claim against my insurance policy. My vehicle has been taken to the dealership 6 times for this AEB-related issue, along with other ongoing concerns, on the following dates: 09/11/25, 10/07/25, 11/12/25, 01/19/26, 03/09/26, and as of 6/05/26 is back at the dealership. The vehicle will unexpectedly shift out of gear at low speeds, requiring me to stop and place it back into gear before I can continue driving. The vehicle is currently at the dealership as of 06/05/26. Despite several repair attempts, the problems have not been resolved. I am extremely concerned that the AEB system will continue to malfunction causing a more serious collision and injury. The dealership was able to reproduce the problem in September; however, they have not been able to reproduce it again since that time. I have attempted to document each malfunction, including photos of the failure messages. I can provide additional information (receipts, video from accident, photos etc.).

Immediately after taking delivery of this brand-new 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L, a severe and violent mechanical vibration was detected while driving at highway speeds. When the vehicle reaches 70 mph and above, the steering wheel shakes aggressively in the driver's hands, and the entire vehicle chassis vibrates violently. This severe shaking impacts vehicle tracking, makes it difficult to maintain steady steering control at cruising speeds, and creates an immediate road safety hazard for the occupants and surrounding traffic. The vehicle is currently unsafe to operate at normal highway speeds.

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a loud whistling and vibrating sound coming from the door. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V593000 (Structure); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the door trim had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer confirmed that parts were not yet available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The approximate failure mileage was 29,427.

When driving, I attempted to adjust the sun visor and the part of the visor that goes into the roof broke causing the visor to fall into my field of vision. The visor then wouldn’t stay put in either direction and just continued to hang down in the field of vision of the driver.
