What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request Front steering and suspension. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? Advertised as capable of 60 mph but between 40 and 45 mph it gets a death wobble and tries to throw you off the trike. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes 2 different repair shops said they could not fix it as it was a desige flaw that was not able to be corrected. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? 2 different service shops have looked at . I have been riding motorcycles and trikes for over 50 years and this trike scares me to drive it. I bought it for my wife and I will not let her near it. This has only 10 miles in 1 1/2 years old. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? It started as soon as I tried to ride this and the sellers was no help when I contacted them with this problem I would not ever get a return call.
