The contact's husband became aware that the front glass door of the RV had shattered without impact. The shower door also experienced a failure. The contact's husband taped and secured the door. The RV was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the screw was loose on the shower door. The front door hinges and installation were the cause of the failure.
