My vehicle is affected by Safety Recall D126 / 26V-248. The vehicle has already experienced the recall failure: loss of charging, stalling while driving, and now it will not crank at all. The dealership is refusing towing, refusing to document the safety failure, and refusing Transportation. Corporate has also refused assistance. I am left without a vehicle and unable to work. This is an unsafe condition and a violation of federal recall obligations.

The contact owns a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to respond. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact then attempted to shift to park(P); however, the vehicle failed to respond. The contact stated that on another occasion, while at a traffic light, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.

The contact owns a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the front end of the vehicle was very unstable and was shaking and vibrating while driving over bumps in the roadway. Additionally, there was a loud squeaking sound coming from the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the front lower control arms were faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The contact also stated that while driving in inclement weather, there was rainwater leaking into the cabin of the vehicle due to a faulty protective windshield seal. The vehicle was not repaired. Windshield has water leaking into the inside of the car with water running out of the bottom of both front seat doors when it rains and now has severe condensation on the inside front windshield that is soaking wet. Water is pooling on the inside of both doors when opened. Very wet. Most likely a sealant fail
