The contact owns a 2024 Livewire S2 Del Mar Electric Motorcycle. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 35 MPH, an unknown warning light and a turtle icon had suddenly displayed and the motorcycle lost power and reduced speed. The contact checked the diagnostics and discovered error codes regarding overheating and loss of communication. The contact was able to drive the motorcycle home while in limp mode. It was later discovered that the electric motorcycle would no longer properly charge. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure.
