WHEN STOPPED AND EXITING COACH, ENTRY STEPS COLLAPSED TOSSING ME AROUND. THE STEPS WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTERWARDS AND SO I HAD TO PUSH THE STEPS UP AND TIE THEM UP SO WE COULD COMPLETE THE TRIP USING A SHORT LADDER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE COACH. FURTHER RESEARCH SHOWS THE BOLT HOLDING THE FAN GEAR SHEARED.
