CPSC# I1180447A. 2011 OPEN RANGE FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER. CONSUMER STATED THAT THE CABINET ABOVE THE COMMODE HAS A SHARP POINTED END, AN HE AND HIS WIFE HAVE BEEN INJURED NUMEROUS TIMES, INCLUDING INDENTATIONS ON THE HEAD AND ALMOST BEING KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS. THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE DUMP VALVE CAN NOT BE MOVED, WITH OUT THE USE OF TWO PEOPLE. *LN UPDATED 09/27/11 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE HEATING VENT WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE BATH TUB. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 OPEN RANGE 345 RLS RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PADS AT BOTTOM OF DRIVER'S SIDE REAR LEVELING JACK WERE LOOSE. THE PAD WAS HELD IN PLACE ONLY BY A SINGLE BOLT. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE BOTH NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL AND THE CONTACT HAD NOT YET RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM EITHER PARTY. THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED BY A RELATIVE. THE ESTIMATED FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000, AS THE VEHICLE DID NOT RECORD A MILEAGE.
