The contact stated that after the vehicle was parked and unoccupied, the vehicle independently rolled forward causing the front of the vehicle to crash into the rear end of another unoccupied parked vehicle twice in the same day. No injuries were sustained no medical attention and no police were filed. The contact was notified of the crash and arrived on the scene and the vehicle was still in park position. The vehicle was taken to a dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed by his insurance company to call the NHTSA hotline to file a complaint. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000.
