The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V566000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact expressed concern with driving the vehicle with the open recall and the vehicle was left in the dealer's possession. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver's side front brake was making an abnormally loud squeaking sound. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who informed the contact that it was a manufacturing issue, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 99.
